Motivations: The October Surprise the liberals don’t want!
The word Motivation is defined – a: the act or process of motivating b: the condition of being motivated 2: a motivating force or influence.
We all want to be motivated. We all want someone to take the lead and motivate the team at work. We want our leaders to motivate and make us the best we can be for our country and for our families. Why isn’t it happening? Is it just the wrong people, the wrong force, the wrong influence and lack of motivation?
The left calls the Tea Party movement racist. This has never been proven and there has never been a documented incident. The left calls the Conservative movement a movement for the rich and the powerful. The left calls a Republican candidates religion into question over an unsubstantiated story that took place 30 years ago. Throughout all of this, what has the Conservative done, except to motivate their side to put a stop to the nonsense in campaigning and in government?
I had a conversation with a friend, David, on Saturday night. We were at a party and I started to talk about George Soros and the absence of his money and his campaign donations this year. I had a theory that he and the Democrats did not want his money to be visible, so they could create some other story about the Republican campaign donations being questionable. I was half right. Soros is around again and his donations are visible and are dirty. I was going to relate this story earlier in the week, but I had other things to say.
So, I will relate it to the word we are discussing today; motivation. This week, we have learned about a one million dollar donation to Media Matters made by Soros. We have learned he has given 1.8 million dollars to NPR (National Public Radio); that left leaning government sponsored radio corporation. We have also learned that Juan Williams was fired from NPR for a comment he made on The O’Reilly Factor, hosted by Bill O’Reilly on FOX News. We have also learned that Soros has put pressure on the advertisers of FOX to boycott Glen Beck on that same channel. Soros has motivated his forces to label Beck as dangerous for America. Juan Williams said on The Factor that he gets nervous when he sees Muslims in airports who dress in Muslim garb. Williams was fired for the comment and I am sure if we follow the money it goes back to Soros and one of the many organizations he funds with his dirty money! Soros is prohibiting our basic right to freedom of speech, freedom of thought and freedom of association. This should scare every American. George Washington said, “It is better to be alone than in bad company”.
I have written that the candidates who speak about liberty and freedom and the commentators and others who speak of liberty and freedom are now being called bigots, racists, extremists, psychopathic and are being marginalized and taken out, because of their patriotic views. George Soros is not a patriot. He is not an American, let alone a citizen. He is a greedy, evil man who is motivated to destroy this country for his socialist beliefs and his lust for power and wealth. His motivations are not to secure liberty and freedom, but to destroy it for us and our posterity, while he is robbing us of our prosperity through money manipulation and progressive pay offs by supporting shadow left wing organizations.
Does Glenn Beck support shadow organizations with his money? Does Rush Limbaugh support shadow organizations with his money? No. They speak with truth. They speak about history. They are not motivated to destroy our country and our way of life like George Soros. They are not motivated to destroy our country and our way of life like progressive liberals. They are not motivated to discount the words of Washington, Jefferson and the other founding fathers. The motivations of the left are to discount and rewrite history for their own agenda and, yes, their own motivations.
Compare the words of George Soros and other progressives to that of Conservatives. The words liberty and freedom are non existent in the progressive dialog, but these words are out front, in a motivating way, with conservatives.
I heard an interview with Senator Carl Levin (Michigan), yesterday. The host of the show and the Senator had a difference of opinion about taxes and social policy. The Senator gave the same talking points about Reagan raising the deficit, but failed to say he also raised revenue to the government through tax cuts, which supported the deficit. The Senator went on to say that the rich are the problem, because they are not taxed enough. He went on to say that if they were then there would be more money for the poor and disadvantaged. In all of his chatter, there was not one word about freedom and the preservation of liberty and the foundation that our forefathers laid before us which is in direct contrast to what Levin believes.
The word motivate will be the deciding factor in 11 days. The words liberty and freedom should motivate you to get out and vote for those who use these words. Carl Levin, George Soros and even the President don’t use these words. Liberty and freedom motivated Washington to lead the troops. Liberty and Freedom motivated the founding fathers to declare Independence from the tyranny that a George Soros believes is best for this country. Liberty and Freedom motivated Sam Adams, the father of the Revolution, to act on his beliefs for country and his fellow citizen. Liberty and freedom motivated Thomas Payne to author the book Common Sense. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Paine)
It will be Liberty and Freedom that will rebuke Progressive Liberalism and the hypocrisy that comes from it.
Thomas Paine wrote: “He that would make his own liberty secure, must guard his enemy from oppression; for if he violates this duty, he establishes a precedent that that will reach to himself.”

A footnote: In 11 days the election will only be the beginning of the struggle that will continue through 2012. Thomas Paine would consider this a motivation to secure the principles of liberty and freedom no matter the obstacles. He also said: “If there must be trouble, let it be in my day, that my child may have peace.”
